CONCEALED CARRY COURSE INFORMATION

ITEMS NEEDED FOR CONCEALED CARRY COURSE

All participants for the concealed carry course will need the following items

1. Handgun (.45 caliber or smaller) which is in good working condition and is subject to safety inspection prior to firing on range

2. TWO magazines for semi automatic pistols

3. 50 rounds of FACTORY ammunition (no reloads)

4. Proper eye and hearing protection

5. Container for carrying firearm and ammunition on range

6. Cap or hat with bill (C.L.E.E.T. regulation)

7. Valid Oklahoma Driver's License

8. Bring snacks or drinks for the classroom if you desire

Eligibility Requirements for License to Carry

1. United States Citizen

2. Resident of Oklahoma

3. Minimum of 21 years of age

4. Complete an approved safety training course (such as this course)

5. Submit proper fee and completed application to your local county sheriff

6. Are not disqualified from obtaining a license according to law

Cost of Obtaining License

• 60 $ cost of this course

• 10 $ range fee, good for entire day

• 100 $ - for 5 year license*

• 200 $ - for 10 year license*

• 25 $ cost of two sets of fingerprints made at your local Sheriff's Office

*to be submitted in the form of money order or cashier's check made payable to O.S.B.I. to your local sheriff with appointment
